Our Vision as a company is to develop our country and the province of Pampanga by constructing topnotch infrastructures by being the finest construction company in the Philippines.
Currently, NTC Builders have been continuously expanding its growth in terms of building reputable construction services around Pampanga such as in San Fernando, Angeles City, and Mabalacat. In addition, the company specializes in different themes of residential houses; Modern, Contemporary, and Industrial designs, and many more.
Furthermore, NTC Builders also offers Remodeling projects, consultations, designs and a lot more that is related in general construction services.
NTC Builders was founded by three gentlemen with profound professional experiences in their own field. The partners have known each other since their student days at Chevalier School in Pampanga and carries the strong core value of being a true Caballero; “Be Fearless and Brave, with a heart for others.”

Isaiah wants to pave his own career path as a co- owner of a new construction firm with skills and knowledge he carried out during his stay on their family business.

We offer design and build for both residential and commercial buildings.
What are your rates per sqm?
This still depends on the design finish of the project. We usually start at 28k-30k per sqm per floor area.
